Drew Mitchell |
Biography
Mr. Mitchell co-founded Double Domer Properties in 2006 while attaining his M.B.A. at Notre Dame. Mr. Mitchell received a B.B.A. cum laude in Finance in 2001 and an M.B.A. magna cum laude in 2008 from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame where he was admitted to the Beta Gamma Sigma national honor society, elected the as Chairman of Irish Leaders, and was responsible for the 3rd annual Notre Dame Leadership Conference.
Mr. Mitchell joined Holladay Properties out of the Portage/Chicago office as a project and development manager in 2007. His primary responsibilities include executing new project development, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Prior to joining Holladay, Mr. Mitchell worked in various business and strategic planning roles for IBM and Orbitz. He is currently pursuing a large student housing project at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
As a partner in Double Domer Properties, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for leasing, property renovations, accounting and financial statement preparation, property mangement functions, and executing general business operations.

Biography
Mr. Curnes graduated from Notre Dame in 2001 majoring in Finance. After working for 4 years with Huron Consulting Group, he then obtained an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in 2007.
Mr. Curnes currently serves as President and COO of MicroTransponder, a medical device company that has raised over $5 Million to date to develop a wireless stimulator for patients with chronic pain. Mr. Curnes is active in identifying and analyzing property acquisitions, crafting and executing the marketing strategy, and providing input on all operational and strategic decisions of DDP.

Derrick Shenk |
Biography
Mr. Shenk received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 2001. Mr. Shenk spent over 7 years in business process transformation and system implementation as a consultant at Accenture. In his manager role, Mr. Shenk refined business operations and implemented SAP systems for several Fortune 500 clients including BP, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft and PepsiCo. Mr. Shenk is currently the owner of a Verizon Wireless Authorized Agent with retail locations in the greater Chicagoland area. Mr. Shenk's primary responsibilities include retail location selection, hiring and training staff, cash and inventory management, accounting and general operations.
Mr. Shenk co-founded Double Domer Properties in 2006 with Drew Mitchell. As a partner in Double Domer Properties, Mr. Shenk is responsible for all football related rental transactions, including 3rd party rentals properties, special occassion leasing, and all aspects of website design and customer interface.
